分析：
一般是由于root用户对全局host无访问权限。因此只要给root用户添加一个访问权限即可。
解决办法：
登陆mysql ，执行
mysql -u root -pPasswd
mysql >grant all privileges on *.* to root@"%" identified by "Passwd";（或者是grant all privileges on *.* to root@"%" identified by ".";）

mysql >flush privileges;
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
