针对IE透明度：
less写法：~'alpha(opacity=75)'， ~'alpha(opacity=75)9';
css写法：alpha（opacity=75）, alpha（opacity=75）9;
针对IE8兼容：
less写法：bacground： #f9f8f7~'9';(或者任取一个)
background: #ffc; /* 对firefox有效 */
