解决Eclipse使用Maven下载慢的问题

开发过程中在pom.xml中添加pom的时候，默认是需要从中央仓库中下载，但是下载的速度是非常慢的，超过一定的时间可能就觉得是eclipse卡死了。
解决办法是在maven中添加阿里的镜像。
具体的操作步骤是：
1.找到maven安装目录下conf文件夹下的settings.xml文件
2.在mirrors中添加阿里的镜像
