PyCharm 使用前设置

一、默认模板设置

1.  调出工具条。view → toolbar
2. 工具条settings → editor  →  file and code templates  →  设置模板后确认

二、默认编码设置

1. 工具条settings → editor  →  file encodings  →  选择utf-8
