按照上述链接教程，很容易安装Jenkins，本地Jenkins的端口我从默认的8080改为8099了
重新启动Jenkins，WIN+R，然后在运行中输入 services.msc，在服务中找到Jenkins打开，访问http://localhost:8099/即可
