环境：SharePoint 2010 + vs2010.
使用vs创建一个事件接收器，一切正常。中午吃饭回来，再部署时出现下面错误：
部署步骤
“回收 IIS 应用程序池”中出现错误: 无法将通信对象 System.ServiceModel.InstanceContext 用于通信，因为它已经被中止。
对应英文是：
Error occurred in deployment step ‘Recycle IIS Application Pool’: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.InstanceContext, cannot be used for communication because it has been Aborted.
重启IIS也不行。google了一下，解决方案如下：
重启vs，然后重新打开该项目即可。
