Coding Hardly
It is hard to describe how difficultly in program coding. At first, sales signed the contract with customer without technical support on the spot. So, what the content write on the contract is unknown to developers. Second, the time for developing is unique; commonly 6 month term is reduced into 3 months. The developer has just finished last project that is still in maintain. Third, when we set up the development schedule, it will always be interrupt by other emergency affairs, such as old system down or boss’s arrangement. So the schedule is almost not in work. Forth, when the system is over, the customer will propose many requests that have not been written in the contract, or it is not described clearly in the contract. Without satisfying the customer, they will refuse to pay the money. Finally it is become of developer’s affairs.
So, if a project ended smoothly, it will be lucky day for every developer.
