问题描述：
在SharePoint 2010的文档库里选择documents标签，然后选择upload document下拉菜单，你会发现upload multiple documents那个按钮是灰色的，不能使用。
当你把鼠标放到那个按钮上悬停，会出现一条提示信息说： This control is currently disabled. You might not have the right permission level to use this, you might need to select an object or item, or the control might not work in this context.
这条信息的大概意思是这个空间被关闭了，你可能没有权限使用这个功能，你可能需要一个一个文件的上传，或者这个空间在当前的上下文不可用。真是一头雾水的提示。。
解决方法：
首先你得确认你使用的是不是IE浏览器，这个功能和Open with Explorer一样，只能在IE中使用，Chrome和Firefox都不行，因为它们没有ActiveX空间。
另外，你打开的IE浏览器必须得是32位的那个版本，而不是64位的。在Windows7通常两个版本的IE都存在。
这个问题有个后台解决方法，就是SharePoint管理员通过Central Administration在当前Web Application的General Setting里把 Enable additional actions and online status for members选为yes，具体步骤是：
1. 打开Central Administration
2. 点击Manage Web Applicatin
3. 选择你要配置的web application的名字
4. 在页面上方的工具栏里选择General Settings
5. 在Person Name Actions and Presense Settings区域里找到Enable additional actions and online status for members，选择Yes
6. 点击OK退出
7. IE中清除缓存，然后重新打开页面再试
当然在企业中，上面这个过程可能会耗时很久，对用户来说等太久就不值得了。这时候还有个简单的workaround。
在Library标签里找到Datasheet View按钮，点击它，然后再回到Standard View，你再看Upload Multiple Documents那个功能就可以用了。。。它贱吧。
