We have received an update from the client to resolve the error message "Font 'Arial' does not support style regular" while opening the Image Zone software.
We have browse to the Font folder located under Windows Folder and delete "Arial" font from the font folder and restart the computer.
If this do not resolve the issue, we can use our previous updates:
Step 1: Delete the Arial font.
1. Click Start -> Control Panel.
2. Click open the Fonts folder.
3. Delete the Arial font.
4. Restart the computer.
Step 2: Change the Appearance settings.
1. Click Start -> Control Panel.
2. Click Open Display icon.
3. Click on the Appearance tab.
4. Under Windows ad Buttons drop down select Windows XP Style.
5. Under Font size drop down select "Large" option.
6. Click Apply and then click Ok.
Step 3: You can download and install the font for Ariel to resolve the error message. Please visit the following URL to download the font:
To install the Ariel font provided in the above URL:
1. Download file to desktop.
2. Copy the downloaded Ariel font file.
3. Paste it in the Font folder located under Control panel.
