      自信,果断,能做决定:作为一个领导,你要领导别人,首先你得领导自己。只有自信的人才能说服别人并获得他人的尊重。如果有一个领导人,他一直在问别人他们的想法,但自己从来没有得出任何结论?

      能说很多,而且不含糊:领导通常都能简单说两句,而且咬字清晰有力,不含糊,给人一种说服力。长句子容易把人绕晕。

      精力充沛:表现力。活力。精力充沛。这些词最能描述一个充满激情的领导者。要做到这一点,你需要找到能激励你的东西,并且将注意力集中在这一点上。例如,如果你做事是出自帮助他人的目的,那就确保你的角色和公司都能让你实现这一目的。如果你做事是出于金钱的原因,那就把重点放在获得奖金和加薪上。

         牺牲责任感:杰出的领导者永远知道,他们需要为任务和结果负责任。其中包括个人和团队表现,以及在事情出错时负起责任。当负面的事情发生时(这些事肯定会不时地出现),一个伟大的领导者会立即介入并承担责任。最初,他们会尝试尽可能快速并顺利地解决问题。但是,如果这么做不可行,他们一定会说,不要追究别人了——他们会对发生的事情承担全部责任。为了锻炼你的领导能力,你绝不能回避责任。如果你倾向掩盖问题,那展现的就不是当领导的潜质。尝试对问题承担责任并找到解决方案。这样一来,你会很快获得他人的尊重。成为领导的一刻,你要做好准备牺牲一些东西。你不再是你一个人,你是一个团队的代表。

      成为专家:成为行业的专家,清楚明白每一个环节的运作,对事业的运行始终有一个框架,明白每件事情的优先度,哪些的意外状况。这样说出来的话才有力度,客人和员工都愿意相信你。

      问问题,维护团队,团队建设(基础任务):和团队进行有效的沟通,照顾他们的感情,让他们确保明白自己的任务和职责。

      带动他人(展望): 他是否能够通过带动他人来完成目标。为了达成既定的业务目标,领导者不仅需要为员工指明努力的方向,还要善于激发和运用员工的才能,朝着振奋人心的愿景前进。犯错时候,让他人有面子。婉转地指出他人的错误。不断地鼓励,让犯错看上去是一件小事。努力成就他人,方能成就自己。

      

     

      confident, decisive: as a leader, you are supposed to lead yourself and then you can lead others. Only those who is confident can persuade others and gain their respective. How come a leader always ask for suggestion and have no his own idea?

      the skill of language: basically leader can simply say something, and words should be strong, persuasive. Long sentences can easily confuse people.

      full of energy: full of energy is the word that most describes a passionate leader. in order to reach it, what you have to do is to find what can activate you, and pay attention to it. For example, with the purpose of helping people, ensure the role of who you are will reach that by your company. if you want your money back, please pay attention to the bonus and salary.

      donation and responsibility: excellent leaders know that forever they are required to take responsibility for their tasks and result. This is including a personal mission and the team's mission. and be responsible when something wrong. First of all, they will try their best to solve the problem, otherwise, they will comfort others. So you tend to avoid and be divisible for issues when it came, and what you show is not the quality of a leader. Be responsible and you can receive someone else's expectation, Be aware after you are a leader, I would best prepare to donate your time and something else, you might be yourself, you are the symbol of your team.

      be a professor: being a professor of industry, figure out every single operation, always have a framework of the whole process, be aware of the priority. Understand the where and how accidence come. So clients and employees tend to follow you.

      communication, maintaining and built your team( fundamentally): communicate with your team and take care of their emotion in order to let them make sure their responsibility and mission.

      motivate and inspire other(expectation): Sometimes not only do you want to finish your team mission but also you have to inspire your employee. navigate them, activate their ability. Point out the mistakes of others tactfully, continue to encourage and make mistakes seem like a trivial matter. Only by working hard to achieve others can you achieve yourself.
