     局部静态变量的值等于上次调用函数退出时它的值。局部静态变量的生命周期从程序第一次执行开始,知道程序终止时结束。

    引用形参也会改变实参的值

    不需要改变实参的值就用常量引用,否则不使用常量引用。尽量使用常量引用,防止编译出错。见p192
