用冷备份恢复到另外的服务器上
要求系统相同，数据库版本相同。为了加深理解实例和数据库的关系，我们这里的实例的名字和数据库的名字是不一致的。
停用数据库的force_logging

拷贝冷备份文件到新服务器，生产环境要mount对应的存储，在此以创建目录为例进行说明。
