问题描述：首次启动并运行php文件 出现以下代码

解决方法：找到ZendServer\etc\ZendEnablerConf.xml
头部出现了乱码，我我们要走的就是改掉乱码。复制以下代码就可以 <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> ，然后重新启动就可以搞定
