pip3 install torch==1.2.0+cpu torchvision==0.4.0+cpu -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html进行pip安装，安装过程安装了torch和torchvision两个模块安装出错：
说是超时，嘿嘿，翻个墙吧，然后重新pip安装。。。
