SpringMVC---springMVC配置文件（springweb.xml）简介

再web.xml中设置HTTP请求的中央调度处理器DispatcherServlet时，会指定SpringMVC配置文件，这里取名springweb.xml是因设置DispatcherServlet时指定了该文件名
