安装DotNetCore.1.0.0-VS2015Tools.Preview2一直失败

大体就是这错误，蛋疼的很，修复了一遍还是不行，后来在stackoverflow上看到有大神回答，试了一下，果然好使，特此记录一下

命令行管理员模式下运行
