高版本的kafka-manage无法兼容，需要zookeeper版本3.5.x

会报错

下载解压至 /opt

mv kafka-manager-2.0.0.0  kafka-manager

修改application.conf

这样可以避免启动的时候报错

导致再次启动报错：This application is already running (Or delete /Users/tongyufu/develop/source/kafka/kafka-manager-1.3.3.17/RUNNING_PID file).）。
