webservice安全机制实现方法

今天，抽空研究了一下webservice的安全机制，主要一种方法使用SoapHader来实现。使用SoapHeader可以来控制非法用户对webservice的调用。下面是具体的实现方法。

1：首先我们自定义一个类MySoapHeader，需要继承System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHeader 这个类
