在美团的工作中，我们一直在强调不断的成长，追求卓越。可是如何才算是卓越的RD？卓越的RD在哪些方面达到什么程度？这些问题也是从我进美团一直思考的问题。最近从netflixRD手册里面看到了我渴望成为的那个人。下面有些部分翻译成了中文，但是感觉翻译后味道没了。
