idea调试springMVC报错：通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 'mvc:resources' 的声明

错误信息如下：

org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException: 
Line 39 in XML document from class path resource [spring-mvc.xml] is invalid;
 nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 39; columnNumber: 55;
 cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: 通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 'mvc:resources' 的声明。

其实这个错误是用于配置文件引起的，spring-mvc.xml配置的beans的命名空间有误,用以下替换标题头即可，
替换后，这里标签<mvc:resources/>不再报红，是因为之前的命名空间规范的版本太低。
