NBU重启(Win)

1) Stop the NetBackup Services. 
<Install_Path>VeritasNetBackupinpdown /f /v

2) stop vxpbx services. 
net stop VRTSpbx

可省略

启动：

1) start the vxpbx Services.
net start VRTSpbx

2) start the NetBackup Services.
<Install_Path>VeritasNetBackupinpup /f /v
