powershell集成

1. 最好使用最新的powershell 安装版，系统自带的有可能有问题；
2. 如果总是设置不生效，那么质检打开类似的 D:Users[user]DocumentsPowerShellMicrosoft.PowerShell_profile.ps1文件中添加 Import-Module '[vcpkg安装目录]scriptsposh-vcpkg'
3. 如果使用Cmder那么修改 %ConEmuDir%..profile.ps1 文件中添加上边的 Import-Module '[vcpkg安装目录]scriptsposh-vcpkg' 在Cmder中也能生效
