更改 域名dns, 安装 iiS , 添加自签名，绑定https, 修改host 文件，一切都为了可以域名访问arcgis server。不表。
没有找到高版本ecp, 只有 arcgis server 10.4, 10.4.1的，但开始使用10.4.1 的安装，
先使用ecp 安装 arcgis server 无问题，但在安装 data store后配置时无法通过。
注：如果使用开始的 arcgis 账号，会报账号无权限。
但我的arcgis server 显示，确实是advanced版本：
然后到安装目录下 tools 中，有很多bat 处理。有两个 updatelicense, configuredatastore
先用 updatelicense 来更新，报无 这个文件：
Could not find file nulletcarcgis-data-store-config.
再用configuredatastore 配置，报许可无效。
不知道怎么办了。
后记：
装arcgis enterprise10.5 ,从server - data store -> portal --> adapter 能装好，修改的2018年日期，但是因为只有pro 才能发布三维场景，测试半天也不能发布到这个 portal 里。
后使用 pro 2.5发布 online 仍不好用。不顺畅。
