解决：

今天在VS2013打开程序时，手工添加了pageLayoutControl隔一会弹出错误窗口：Provide your license server administrator with the following information.error code =-42,147。点击“确认”为整个VS程序关闭。到处搜索，设置各种权限未果。最后的解决方法是删除所有ESRI控件，重新添加解决。
