用rman从文件系统迁移数据库到asm
1、备份数据库

2、修改控制文件位置参数

3、恢复控制文件 在nomount 下
注意oracle 用户必须在asmadmin、asmdba、等grid用户所在组，否则在转储控制文件会提示权限不足

4、RMAN copy数据库到ASM

6、迁移参数文件spfile

7、修改归档位置
略
8、增加temp文件
alter tablespace temp add tempfile '+dgasm';
alter tablespace temp drop tempfile '/oracle/oradata/ora11/temp01.dbf';
过程如下：

到此完成数据库的迁移，归档就不做修改了
