看一下arcgis for android，支持arcgis在线地图，实时定位，距离、面积量测以及加载发布的arcgis server地图等功能。后续还有arcgis api for android，不过esri官网上这个api好像还处于开发状态，估计会和iOS版本的api一起发布。
