启动XAMPP时，APACHE报以下错误：

看着应该是端口被占用，直接从XAMPP上的config按钮修改端口
重启XAMPP依然提示相同错误提示。
百度看到有人说需要到安装目录下去修改配置文件，在XAMPP窗口点开的设置不生效
打开httpd.conf，把端口修改为8001
打开httpd_ssl.conf，把端口修改为444
重启XAMPP，APACHE 启动成功。
