在Eclipse的 【Help】-> 【 Install New Software.. 】 打开安装插件的向导。
1) 在 work with 中输入URL：http://propedit.sourceforge.jp/eclipse/updates/ ，点击add，等待一段时间，系统在查找该插件
2) 选择查找出的插件 ：Properties Editor , 接下来一步步按照提示就可以安装，最后会提示重新启动Eclipse，重新启动后就OK了。
eclipse 更新PropertiesEditor方法：
Please choose from the screen of Eclipse with "Help" ->"Software Updates" -> "Update Manager".
