下载地址： XAMPP
HTML存放目录，也就是根目录，可以在这个目录进行添加HTML文件和PHP文件。
C:xampphtdocs
访问web，localhost:80或者直接访问localhost，此时进入的是C:xampphtdocs进行访问。
php测试，新建myphp，新建index.php，页面通过localhost/myphp/index.php进行访问
