SQL Tuning Advisor一个错误ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kesqsMakeBindValue:obj]

跑SELECT dbms_sqltune.report_tuning_task(:tuning_task) FROM dual;  错误消息，如下面：

经MOS上确认，此为BUG。须要升级到10.2.0.5PSU或者11.2

    Fixed in Oracle RDBMS Release 11.2
    Solution will also be implemented in a future 10.2 release (10.2.0.5.0).
