如何解决FtpWebRequest基础连接已经关闭;接收时发生错误(ZZ)

其中FTP服务器，“消息”选项卡中我加了一些中文欢迎词。
以下代码怎么调试都提示“基础连接已经关闭;接收时发生错误”，我经过查询相关资料得到以下方法解决此问题。

方法：去掉FTP服务器中的中文欢迎词或改成英文欢迎词就不会发生错误，这是微软的一个BUG。
