配置quartz启动时就执行一次

1. 添加maven依赖。pom.xml 中添加jar文件

2.任务交给spring管理。web.xml 文件中引入任务调度的配置文件

        classpath*:/config/applicationContext-quartz.xml
    </param-value>
    </context-param>

3. 配置任务调度。编写 applicationContext-quartz.xml 配置文件

4. 编写任务类。编写定时器类

触发器当中添加配置任务
