大部分网站都使用了IE7兼容模式（包括微软），IE真的是让人头痛！

doctype声明使用<!doctype html> 简洁、好记、又兼容

都会指定编码，用的多的还是UTF-8 使用淘宝的<meta charset="gbk" />

描述和关键字，搜索引擎本身都未设置，其他网站都详细设置了！
