Ah Counter
Good evening Everyone,My name is Jason ,I’m the Ah Counter tonight,this is my first time to take a role in toastmaster club,I will try my best to complete this task . but my English listening skills is poor,if I make some mistakes,please forgive me.
Toady my responsibility is to find out some improper interjections in your speech,such as “and”,”this”,”that,”well”,”but”,”so”,I will also pay attention to sound like “ah”,”um” and ”er”, I will count repeated word or phrase such as “I think” or “this means”.these words and sounds may be annonying[ə'nɒɪɪŋ] to listeners in meeting
I will record your name and improper interjections in your speech,at last I will make a report at the general evaluator[i'væljueitə] part
