原因是没有安装 这个工具造成的。
工具位置在：* sdkextrasintelHardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager
安装后启动模拟器会变得飞一般的快
New一个模拟器
Start启动
弹出界面这样的时候
说明你的模拟器已经可以飞快的启动了。
运行速度飞起啊 哈哈
