首先配置文件为空,这个问题不知道是怎么造成的,但是我早复制备份了一份

先把上面的内容填一下,保存,然后重启一下数据库
然后就是"有空用户的现象，MySQL官方的BUG，优先匹配到空用户"
我去数据库看了一下,还真有一个host为localhost,user为空的数据,我就通过PHPmyadmin把那条数据删了
然后通过终端执行 "FLUSH PRIVILEGES"
就恢复正常了
