  • 物料生产模式确定过程

    生产模式的确定是有物料主数据MRP3视图中的策略组定义的。下面已策略组为源头,反向推理物料的生产模式

    1、物料MRP3视图策略组

    2、策略组SPRO定义:(Production/Production Planning/Demand Managent/Planned Independent Requirements/Planning Strategy/Define Strategy Group)

    策略组可以分配一个主策略和其他策略

    3、根据策略组可以找到策略:(Production/Production Planning/Demand Managent/Planned Independent Requirements/Planning Strategy/Define Strategy )OPPS

    参数解释:

    Reqmts type for indep.reqmts:独立需求类型

    Reqmt type of customer reqmt:客户需求类型

    其他参数是由这需求类型带出来的。

    4、独立需求类型定义与需求类的关系 Define requirements types and allocate requirements class:(Production/Production Planning/Demand Managent/Planned Independent Requirements/Requirements Types/Requirements Classes/Define requirements types and allocate requirements class )OMP1

    PI:Planning Indicator(计划标识)

    • 1-Net requirements planning(MD02,MRP运算考虑库存)
    • 2-Gross requirements planning(MD02,MRP运算不考虑库存,计划多少生产多少)
    • 3-Individual requirements planning(MD02,MRP运算考虑库存,生产原材料采购需求和半成品生产需求,不产生产成品生产需求)

    cons:Consumption indicator(消耗标识)控制客户需求如何消耗独立需求

    This option has function if your planning will be consumed by sales order or not.

          No consumption with customer requirements
    1    Consume planning with assembly
    2    Consume planning w/o assembly
    3    Consume planning material (w/o assembly)

    这里的分配标识与前面的消耗标识又有什么区别呢?不能理解。

    2    Requirements neither planned or displayed

    MTO:20,50,60
