练习要求：
1.编程爬取每日最新的疫情统计数据。
2.并将爬取结果导入到数据库中。
3.将可视化结果与统计数据结合，实时显示当前最新数据
设计思路，先找到相对应的的网站，用python爬取网站数据，在进行筛选，找到最新的疫情数据，获取数据并存储到mysql数据库中，再进行jsp界面设计、获取数据库数据，并通过Echart显示在web界面中，以柱状图实现数据的可视化。
