周末感想一则

最近看世界杯看的日子不分白黑昼夜，周末的今天起的的异常的早，打开电脑无意当中看到**公司的一则招聘信息，有时候我们看到别人的招聘信息，不一定是想找工作，而是能让自己觉着自己还有需要成长的东西。日志记录两个职位，以此激励自己

  资深NET项目经理

1、参与并主导团队完成模块核心部分的分析任务；
2、参与并主导团队完成模块核心部分的设计工作；
3、协调团队高质量地完成相应的开发任务，努力实现团队工作顺利进展；
4、参与制定项目开发计划；
5、具有较完整的软件知识体系结构(操作系统、软件工程、数据库系统、网络)；
6、熟悉软件工程、面向对象分析、设计方法，概念，设计模式；
7、熟悉EA, Visio 等UML设计工具；
8、擅长C#, ASP.NET, WPF, SilverLight, WCF, WWF等至少四种编程语言；
9、擅长数据库ORACLE、SQL SERVER等，并能熟练编写SQl脚本(存储过程、索引等)；
10、具有较好的分析判断能力、沟通表达能力和综合协调能力；
11、工作耐心细致，学习能力强，善于思考总结，责任心强，具有良好的职业素养及团队合作意识并具有一定团队管理能力；
12、4+年软件开发设计经验，至少1年项目管理经验；
13、有大型项目开发，设计经验者优先；
14、熟悉CMM/CMMI/ISO相关标准者优先；
15、计算机及相关专业本科以上学历，英语四级及以上；
16、具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。

 

This client is the world's leading independent developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software for personal computers and advanced entertainment. Dextrys, as the biggest IT service provider of this client in Asia, dedicates to developing the online game platform which provides the online functionalities for FIFA, NFS, etc. Dextrys also provides technique support and has all-around cooperation with this client's various teams.

1、Participate and guide team members to finish the module’s analysis work.
2、Participate and guide team members to finish the module’s design work.
3、Coordinate team members to finish their tasks and try to make the work finished in high quality and smoothly.
4、Participate in the creating of project development plan.
5、With comprehensive software knowledge, including operating system,

software engineering, database system and network;

6、Be familiar with software engineering, OOA & OOD methods, concept, and design patterns.
7、Be familiar with Enterprise Architect, or Visio UML design tools.
8、Be skilled at more than three programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, WPF, SilverLight, WCF, WWF;
9、Be skilled at database such as ORACLE and SQL SERVER,

and proficient in writing SQL Script (Store procedure, Index).
10、Good at analysis, communication and coordination.
11、4+ year’s software development, design experience and at least 1+ year Project management experience.
12、Good command of English (listening, reading, speaking and writing).
13、With experience in large project development and design.
14、Familiar with relevant CMM/CMMI/ISO Standards.
15、Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or relevant major; CET-4 or above.
16、Patient, careful and ready to learn; strong sense of responsibility; teamwork spirit.

.Net Architect-.Net架构师

工作职责：
1、主持和参与系统与架构设计
2、开发和维护统一的软件开发架构，发现和解决存在的技术问题
3、从事核心架构部分代码的编写、指导和协调开发人员进行开发工作
4、开发架构级组件和企业级组件，提高软件的重用度，减少项目成本
5、为项目提供统一的开发规范和规约，保证项目开发人员的一致性
6、研究指定项目的开发效率，通过开发工具或开发方法的改进，提高开发效率
7、为项目提供专家级的设计和代码评审，减少开发过程中设计和代码方面的偏离
8、研究和推广新技术，进行相应的开发技术升级，提高开发生产力
任职资格：
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历
2、至少五年.NET开发工作经验，两年以上系统设计或架构设计经验；
3、精通精通.NET平台、XML、UML和SQLSERVER、ORACLE
4、熟悉软件架构模式、概念和技巧，能够准确无误地理解相关系统构架
5、精通WINDOWS、Office System、VStudio.Net等微软系列产品
6、精通多种软件架构、设计模式；能够独立解决项目开发中技术难题的能力
7、思维严谨，工作目标明确，较强的沟通能力，能够适应高强度的工作，具备团队合作精神
