执行块恢复不需要离线数据文件，只对那些需恢复的块进行重建和恢复，在恢复过程中，实际上只有这些块不可用。
使用 RMAN 命令 RECOVER ... BLOCK 进行恢复，默认的首先会从物理备库，然后闪回日志，最后是全备或者等级 0 的增量备份中寻找完好的块。
在丢失部分 redo 的情况下，也可以进行 RMAN 块介质恢复。先决条件如下：
1.目标数据库必须在 archivelog 模式下，必须使用当前控制文件启动在 mout 或者 open 模式
