Department: Cloud & Enterprise Group - China Cloud Innovation Center

If you would like to work in a challenging and dynamic product development environment, at the intersection of two of the hottest phenomena in the world today - Cloud and China - this is the perfect job for you. The position is with China Cloud Innovation Center (CCIC) under Cloud and Enterprise Group, and is based in Shanghai.
Be part of global Azure group, we leverage the excellent engineer system and process. Located in Shanghai, we are exposed to the China market. To accelerate the market and sales of Azure Cloud platform, the team takes the unique challenge to build the localized service in Azure for China market and fill the gap that is exposed by the difference and uniqueness of China cloud market and landscape.
We are looking for strong engineers who can develop cutting-edge innovations in the cloud computing space. The candidate should be energetic, motivated and a self-starter with a strong focus on getting things done. The candidate should be customer driven - clearly understanding customer requirements and incorporating them in the design. The candidate should be able to design and build high quality features that are robust, scalable, fault tolerant and supportable. The candidate need have the ability to drive a small team to get the work delivered. Experience on DevOps is plus.
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience building software and/or services.
• Demonstrated problem solving and debugging skills.
• Broad knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Superb design and coding experience that includes development in C++/C# and with distributed programming models.
• Demonstrated ability and commitment to deliver features on schedule with high quality and with engineering discipline.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while balancing short term and long term needs.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with others.
• Experience with system modeling and architecting large platform level components is a plus.
