WindowsTerminal_默认启动是Command Prompt(cmd),不是Windows Powershell.

windowsTerminal打开的时候，默认用Command Prompt打开。而不是Windows Powershell。一共分两步。

步骤1，进入设置

 步骤2，改值退出。

1的位置现在放的是Windows Powershell的uid。把里面的值改成Command Prompt(cmd)的uid就成。
