关于在搭建基础dubbo类项目时，出现nested exception is com.sun.org.apache.xerces.internal.impl.io.MalformedByteSequenceException: 1 字节的 UTF-8 序列的字节 X无效类问题解决方案。

1.检查项目的全局编码，是否为统一的utf-8

2.配置下的dubbo.xml文件，<beans>中的内容不为

<beans xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans"
       xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
       xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd">

而是更改为

       xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dubbo="http://code.alibabatech.com/schema/dubbo"
       xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd
      http://code.alibabatech.com/schema/dubbo http://code.alibabatech.com/schema/dubbo/dubbo.xsd">

3.占用了以使用的maven中的文件，需要开立新的maven存储路径。重新在盘中开立一个新的存储区，就可以了。
