"最大工作进程数"导致的WCF调用失败

WCF服务寄宿在IIS中，当设置其“最大工作进程数”>1时，经常会出现服务无法被成功调用

客户端异常为System.ServiceModel.Security.MessageSecurityException > System.ServiceModel.FaultException：
