idea 更换 maven ，并更换阿里镜像

1 ctrl + alt + s 打开设置，

找到Maven

修改maven包的地址，然后修改settings.xml

注意了，有时候repository没有，那么需要在settings.xml配置repository的路径

打开settings.xml ，在下图位置设置

3.更换阿里镜像，也是在settings.xml 配置

    <mirror>
      <id>alimaven</id>
      <name>aliyun maven</name>
      <url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/</url>
      <mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>
    </mirror>
