由于不能科学的上网。网上看资料装上了这个插件，装的过程有点坑。记录一下，希望能帮到和我一样的新手。
1.第一步，克隆下远程仓库的东西。
桌面右键，git-bash。然后输入：
git clone https://github.com/facebook/react-devtools.git
这个过程耗时比较长。
结果：
2.第二步， 进入到react-devtools目录，安装依赖
cd react-devtools
npm install
过程耗时长。安装碰上的情况。如下：

直接忽略了。。继续下一步。
3.打包一份扩展程序。如下：
npm run build:extension:chrome
结果：
这个时候就可以在react-devtools目录下找到shells--chrome--build--unpacked文件夹。
4.打开chrome，地址栏输出：chrome://extensions/。 左上角点击加载已解压的扩展程序。把unpacked文件夹放进去了。
大功告成，右上角多了个react图标。
