原因是语言版本不一致,SQL SERVER是中文简体版，操作系统是英文版，在操作系统、控制面板，区域语言设置为中文就Ok啦。

sql server 2014，win10更新了1067 一周年更新，结果开始菜单的sql 配置管理不见了。
在C:WindowsSystem32下找到了SQLServerManager12.msc，生成个快捷方式就好了。
win10：sql 2014可以安装。
win7：sql 2014不行，2012也不行。
