require __DIR__ . '/vendor/autoload.php';
$app = require_once __DIR__ . '/bootstrap/app.php';

(new IlluminateFoundationBootstrapLoadConfiguration)->bootstrap($app);
config('any');

 使用 (new IlluminateFoundationBootstrapLoadConfiguration)->bootstrap($app); 加载配置
