git config
git config xxxxx xxxx可以是 --global（使用的是~/.gitconfig） --system（据说在linux下面使用的是/etc/gitconfig，但是我在centos上面没找到这个文件，windows下面未知） 也可以不写xxxx（使用的是当前项目下面的 .git/config）
git config --global user.name "NAME"
git config --global user.email "EMAIL"
git config --list 查看现有的配置（所有的）
git config user.name 查看某一项配置，比如此处的user.name配置
