WPF 使用 VLC 3.0.10 的基本操作

 先展示基本效果：

实现过程：

首先通过 Nuget 下载 VLC 相关的组件；

View 层（XAML）

添加引用 和 控件（里面使用了许多自定义的控件样式，这里就不在赘述）
